Nicht nur die ePA, auch das Festhalten an US-Software in der öffentl. Verwaltung ohne Sinn & Verstand...
Dabei gibt es reichlich Euro-Alternativen!
Für das Geld, das man jährlich(!) aus der dt. Verwaltung an Microsoft überweist (andere Konzerne nicht mal mitgerechnet), könnte man schon längst eine eigene und wettbewerbsfähige IT aufbauen!
Nur sollte man sich hüten, hinterherzurennen.
Daher: #OpenSource first, #OpenAPI first, #PublicMoneyPublicCode
