groupnebula563@mastodon.social sure, the Sketchucation community doesn't actually federate.. or at least I don't think so. They run NodeBB but do not involve us so there's not much I can discover besides that
I'm not exactly sure how FediDB discovered that site, and they've got a lot of members registered that don't necessarily post, so while it's not fake news, it's not completely true either

groupnebula563@mastodon.social nodeinfo is present in all v4 instances even if federation is not enabled. Per my understanding, it's not ActivityPub specific, so it always returns the data when requested.
