I’m assuming the #KDECommunity profile on Threads isn’t anything to do with @kde here on Mastodon? The KDE Community account on Threads is way more active than the floss.social account. But it’s good to know where to find info and good tips.
@ernmander @kde we post the swme content on every platform and actually the Mastodon account should be a bit more active as we also do interacte a lot more there than on other platforms.

@carl thank you for the info. I only found out you were at Scale from the KDE Community Threads account. Didn’t see it posted here at all. So was wondering if the KDE floss.social and KDE Community account on Threads are different entities if you know what I mean.

@carl found it myself too. Wonde why it didn’t show up when I searched earlier. Also I assume the kde.social isn’t a KDE official server? Cool that you’ve set it up though, great place to get info
@ernmander not an official instance as it is not hosted by kde sysadmin because they don't have the personpower to currently manage yet another service. But a few kde contributors and projects are using it
